How we protect your data

Your account information is stored in a secure database hosted by Supabase in Sydney, Australia. Your data is encrypted both in transit (while it's being sent) and at rest (while it's stored).

We chose an Australian-hosted database deliberately — your data is subject to Australian privacy law, and it stays close to home.

Every connection to RevHub is protected by HTTPS with TLS encryption. This means everything you send and receive — login details, worksheet content, payment information — is encrypted in transit.

Your stored data is also encrypted at rest using industry-standard methods. We use secure authentication tokens and access controls so only the systems that need your information can reach it.

We never see or store your card number, expiry date, or CVV. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS compliant— the highest standard of payment security in the industry.

The only payment information we receive from Stripe is your subscription status and transaction history, so we can show you your billing details.

RevHub is designed for parents to use with their children. We collect minimal information about children— only what's needed to generate age-appropriate worksheets (year level and the book they're studying).

There is no open chatbot. Your child can't have an unstructured conversation with AI. Every tool is structured, curriculum-aligned, and filtered for appropriate content. The AI generates worksheets and feedback — it doesn't chat.

All accounts are created and managed by parents, not children.

RevHub uses Anthropic's Claude APIto generate worksheets, vocabulary exercises, essay plans, and writing feedback. When a worksheet is generated, the request is sent to Anthropic's servers (US-based) and the response is returned to you.

We don't send personal information to the AI — only the book title, year level, and (for the Writing Coach) the text your child has written. Anthropic does not use this data to train their models.
